Surface Profiles to Help You Overcome Unique Conveyance Challenges
Our selection of ThermoDrive belting surfaces maintains food quality and safety in your operation. Whether your product needs easier release to reduce carryover or enough grip to travel up an incline without flights, choosing the right surface protects your product yield—and your customers.
Flat Top
ThermoDrive Flat Top belting features an engineered matte surface finish optimized for efficient product release and cleanability. In many applications, the matte finish helps improve product release compared to glossy-finish alternatives. This increases product yield while ensuring reliability, especially at transfers.
Embedded Diamond Top
ThermoDrive technology’s proven Embedded Diamond Top surface provides excellent release in applications with sticky, wet, or enrobed products. Its accurate product release capabilities reduce carry-over and increase yield.

Nub Top
The ThermoDrive Nub Top surface provides superior product control to help prevent product loss and carry-over. It’s especially well suited for slippery products, sticky products, and moderate or steep inclines. By trapping air underneath the product, Nub Top belts enable improved release for bulk products like raw potato fries and ground beef patties.
Ribbed V-Top
The ThermoDrive Ribbed V-Top surface allows you to elevate bulk product, without flights, on inclines with angles up to 30 degrees. Suitable for small, delicate products like frozen berries or pizza toppings, its design helps decrease lost or damaged products by preventing them from sliding or rolling back.

Perforated Flat Top
ThermoDrive Perforated Flat Top belts enable efficient dewatering while maintaining the highest standards in hygienic performance and operational efficiency. Even with a perforated surface, the belt’s homogeneous thermoplastic material remains impervious to bacterial and moisture harborage. The perforation pattern is optimized for use with accessories.
